We take great pride in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your selection, please return it within 15 days. We will refund the purchase price or exchange the item, whichever your prefer.

If the return is the result of our error, or is damaged in any way, we will pay the original and return fees. Duarte’s will replace the item or credit your account for incorrect or damaged orders as long as we are notified or the item is returned within 15 days.
